Totally, man. 2019 is shaping up to be a great year for multiple reasons. I’m lucky enough to have a former boss/mentor who’s a genius and she believes in me and it’s hopefully about to really start moving.

 

At your new QB did something in his career Dak hasn't been able to do yet.

There are TONS of alternatives. Being gluten free is, I wouldn’t say easy, but you can find a pretty good substitute for almost anything

A lot of GF alternatives are relatively expensive compared to the real thing from my experience so it's good to just find little workarounds rather than full time substitutes IMO

 

@Randall Mentzos I am the one who cooks at our gluten free house and I'll compile and send you some delicious gluten free things I frequently make

That's definitely true, GF living is a bit more expensive. Can't wait for the day when it's more balanced out

Pretty much the only direct GF alternative we use anymore is GF pasta (and soup occasionally)

 

Not terrible worried outside of snacks. GF crackers and shit are just as good but half the size haha

 

Yeah some of the crackers are pretty good

GF bread is where you get got

 

Yup. REAL sad about that. Bread is one of my favorite snacks lol
