People don't like Patricia? I'm actually shocked the lions aren't getting it done with him..thought hed be a good coach. To be fair, the team should have won like 6 games this year but hey losing is losing. And the defense is miserable

He’s absolutely incompetent, does not understand how to scheme a defense, continues to rush only 3 no matter what, forced a trade of one of our best defensive players, is rubbing almost everybody on the team the wrong way by being an asshole, shows up late to team meetings, and just all around has no idea how to be an NFL head coach.

 

They really blew their load early on the bar graph it shot out to the end at the very beginning.

Patricia seems to be making the same mistake everyone makes coming from New England. "Oh, bill is tough and surly. I need to be too!!" When really, no you don't. Even Bill has lessened up on some of his asshole-ishness privately. He's still a prick to the media, but oh well lol.

 

After the Malcolm Butler incident, Bill seemed to realize he had to chill just a little bit. He's loosened up practices, he's let players do things that are important to them, i.e. the mccourty's involvement in local legislation, he's let players blow off games for family events, Van Noy and White both missed games for the birth of a child. I think the most impressive thing a coach can do is know when to be tough and kick some asses, and know when to allow a 350 lb lineman a chance to receive a punt and if he does practice is cancelled lol
