they traded their franchise LT because Houston overpaid like fucking crazy. Tunsil told Grier he'd trade himself for that too. Minkah got traded because he didn't want to be there and they got a potential top 10-12 pick for him.

Grier said yesterday that they had no intentions of trading Tunsil or Minkah going into this. Things change.

if they could get Ramsey for a tad more than they got for Minkah, that would be great asset management IMO

I think whoever trades for him will have an inflated number just like most contracts of that high value do but it’ll equate between 15-17AAV, I think. But who knows.

 

they could realistically pay him $40 million/year and it wont come close to mattering

I upped the difficulty on Madden and got sacked by Von Miller 7 times. This is my first Madden in awhile. I get what they were going for with “x-factors” but it feels like anytime Khalil Mack brushes someone they fumble

 

If that’s the number... I’m fed up with the Jaguars for not paying him that as soon as possible

Somehow I managed to be both completely right and still completely wrong.

Ramsey just wants our team to treat him like he’s our best fucking player because he fucking IS. He’d be the best player on at LEAST a quarter (8/32) of NFL teams.

One of those teams will appreciate him with a contract that rivals the top 5 pass rushers. A contract that correctly represents that he is equally as important as any other player that doesn’t play QB. A contract that says he can work out in Tennessee with his family every offseason and not show up till mandatory minicamp as long as he continues to dominate.

And that team better be us.
