I seriously wish someone would cover my Friday night shift

1) Fridays at work are really demanding, overstimulating and loud, and they only give you 3 tables at once instead of 4 to account for the volume so you don’t actually make that much more.

2) Oso Oso is playing with The Sidekicks for $14.

I can easily pick up Sunday (last Sunday before football) and make that money back.

 

When we move into our new house one of the first things I wanna do is get solar panels

They should inquire about Blake Bortles

 

the company I work for has a sister MEP company and the head of it basically told me a few years ago that solar panels for residential use are totally not worth it

then again maybe technology has changed over the past few years

 

Honestly even the fact we had a quarterback named “Blake Bortles”, who played football about as goofy as you would expect from that name... feels so surreal to me already one offseason later haha. Its crazy how much I MADE myself believe in him cause I had no other choice

Brissett is smarter than Bortles. I will give him that credit.

Bortles randomly completes a lot of low percentage passes in some games but you cannot rely on that just cause he’s on for one week.

The bar to pass for backup QB is Swag Kelly, so I’m not very picky as to what they do there to improve

 

So many posts defending Bortles...so much wasted internet.

I think people in here play Madden, correct?

I haven't bought/played a Madden game in many years but am kind of interested in buying Madden 20. Does it suck as much as a lot of people seem to think it does? Or would it still be enjoyable if I haven't played Madden year after year?

Fair enough haha. A lot of the comments/reviews I saw online, people seemed to dislike it because they play every year's game and it doesn't change too much. But since I haven't played in forever I feel like I'd probably enjoy the new one moreso.

 

I forgot I have a movie/game rental store down the street from me. Maybe I'll rent it first before I drop $60.

Oh hush. Unlike Bortles Fournette is actually a really good player. I’m not saying elite, but he is effective in multiple ways. Power & decisiveness for short yardage... acceleration, suddenness & long speed for big runs... can catch & make dudes miss solo tackles routinely in space... can either set up lead blockers effectively with his instincts or make his own one-cut decisions in a zone run.

Fred Taylor gives me reason to hope. He had injury concerns until he didn’t and then he was a 1300-1500 yard per season rusher
