I mean, Andrew Luck threw for 4200yds and 32TDs with functionally the same team in 2016. Different Coach and team now, but I think its gonna be pretty clear when we see Brissett is the definition of "replacement level player" this season.

Considering Moncrief is getting a starting nod, I'm pretty positive the four receivers we have that are better than him would get meaningful time over him and James Washington, who somehow has been playing football for most of his life and never bothered to learn more than one and a half routes.

I really don't know how you can argue with the fact that someone who wasn't good enough to be on this team is starting for another team. Like, okay we're bottom tier but it looks much worse when you take a reject from this team and plug him into a starting role.
