I've loved Bill Simmons for over 15 years

 

Been keeping tabs on one of our guys for 2019 and so far he has had more time spent on breaks than actually working per 8 hour day, and more time on breaks than the rest of the team combined

 

I'm not mad at him I'm mad at the company for enabling him and stressing the rest of us out so much

My girlfriend is gonna be PUMPED when I tell her about Gronk because she just ordered some CBD oil last week and she's excited to try it and see how it helps with her anxiety/stress. For the record, her 5'1 little Italian self is not an NFL player, but I hope it still works for any pain she has.

 

My girlfriend has a CBD back-lotion that seems to help a little bit.

 

If she doesn't like it, double check where she got it from there are a tons of places taking advantage of this craze and just making cheap shit and advertising it as legit. The CDB subreddit made their own page for websites they have vetted and approve of in case she doesn't like what she got.

So insane to hear about stuff like this. If I walk off the floor even just to take a bill collector or family member phone call for 3-4 minutes without permission from a manager, and I get caught I’m probably in trouble right there. Even if it’s not busy and my one table just got new drinks and their meal.

Like, I call my mom / my mom calls me when she’s at work all the time and we have 30 min conversations and it’s just never a big deal. Just another reminder working class people get treated like shit. I hate that I don’t even make $40k a year but I’m required to be busting my ass the whole 8 hours minute by minute, while people that make double, triple my salary get to like come in an hour late one day if they had some shit to take care of at home, or make important phone calls, or take one hour lunch breaks to run an errand or two, etc haha

 

We got it from the dispensary in Boston. It was super weird shopping there, but def legit and above board.

 

This is as lightly as I can say it but we need to burn it ALL down

 

I get paid the same as my last job (got laid off in Jan) and I do about 10 percent of the work I used to lmao its amazing
