I mean yes we gonna get beat but mainly I want to see Patrick Mahomes live. That would be epic.

I’ve actually seen Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson AND Drew Brees live vs the Jags. And as a Jaguars fan who always roots for bad QBs.... I gotta say, an elite QB being in the game makes live football WAY more exciting. All 3 of those games were fantastic experiences

Luckily my wife doesn’t like diamonds. I got her an opal ring. It was like $200. Honestly it should be the meaning behind it. Not the cost.

See, this is what she always tells me and I believe her. But I'm still terrified she'll think I'm cheap even though I know she won't.

 

I got my fiancee's ring from Zales and they have payment plans

 

I spent 5k on a ring which is on the low end for diamond I feel.

But if she likes other stones, that's a great suggestion. You could use her birthstone or the stone of the month you are proposing.

I know plenty of couples who just got little inexpensive bands. Like others said, it's about the meaning behind it. If you're lucky enough to have a girl who's not expecting a diamond or price point, go with what you feel would be something she'd cherish forever.

 

I know people who have gotten small rings for the engagement/wedding with plans to upgrade at the 5 or 10 year anniversary, and that’s a good way to go about it too if you do want to eventually get a diamond ring
