Ain’t nothing to defend right now. He’s gotta show me he can build on his rookie season’s success after totally floundering last year

I love what he’s capable of but you can’t call a runningback great or elite until he’s doing those things CONSISTENTLY

You guys only rated like 8-9 guys above him though so I’m pretty content with him being at the bottom of the top 10, that’s more than fair haha

 

Tbh I agree with this list sans David Johnson since Johnson also had a down year and hardly did anything. Also, add Gurley to the list but I’m sure you just forgot

As far as Hunt... I think he really benefited from KC spreading defenses out. Not saying he isn’t talented, obviously he is, but I do think his stats will level out a bit on a new team. And that’s as far as I’ll praise that shitty dude.

Tbh if Fournette has another down / injured season I’m starting to think don’t resign him.

If there’s a conflict between resigning him and resigning Jalen Ramsey after the 2020 season... I’m choosing Ramsey 1000 times out of 1000, even despite the fact he easily costs double what Fournette would cost

Fournette has insane potential but he better hope he plays well enough this year to earn that fifth year option *shrug* that’s probably the only way we could resign both players.

 

He deserves it. Michael Thomas was always going to be a star especially in NOLA
