I’m feeling really good about the Steelers defense. Dupree is nowhere near Watt but he’s a serviceable until we can find someone better. Last year Pittsburgh lead the league in sacks, and they were all spread out amongst the front 7. Even Hargraves got 6.5.

Also Edmunds had a really solid rookie season with the second most solo tackles on the team. This probably has more to do with the lack of skill at the ILB position last year, but that’s a pretty solid performance for a rookie everyone thought was overdrafted.

 

Having Bush in the middle is gonna take a lot of pressure off of Dupree...and Watt wont have to drop into coverage as much. And as you said, it frees up Edmunds/Barron/etc to play some different roles too.

Our front 7 is probably gonna be as good as its ever been, and we just have to hope Artie Burns gets cut or doesnt see the field

 

If Burns sees the field, we’re in deep trouble. Nelson, Sutton, and Layne should be enough to hold him off.

No it hit like around midday yesterday then went away

I was in the middle of nowhere in central TX when it hit and I got hit by a similar storm at the exact same time (except instead of being at home I was in my car with both kids) and it sucked

 

oh god middle of nowhere Texas storms are terrifying.

 

The more I look it I feel like Eagles fans overrate Joe Douglas.
