If the Pats go 0-16 this year they still have the most wins of this decade

If the Browns go 16-0 this year they still have the fewest wins of this decade

I think the ravens could easily be lowkey bad but they always play slightly above talent level so

I have no idea how they'll play whatsoever it's so hard to make a prediction with them

Yeah, I’ve just accepted the Ravens will always be at minimum borderline competitive as long as Harbaugh is there

If the browns make the playoffs this year, then maybe they can move up the sadness ladder. But the dolphins and Bills have all made the playoffs semi-recently (fuck what year is it) and they’re still sad.

Also the Bucs and Redskins don’t count. If you have a super bowl victory in your history, you don’t qualify as a sadness contender

The lions and the bucs are probably the worst teams in the history of the league, right? Can't think of another franchise that would have more losses

Yeah I don't think being excited about Mayfield and Ward being very good rookies all of a sudden moves them out of the top 3 saddest all-time franchises

The Cardinals are the oldest team in NFL/football history and don't have a single ring from any era.

They're the saddest team of all time, imo. At least other teams have pre-Super Bowl rings or are just "too" new to not have one, like the Texans or something similar.

Lions have the 9th worst winning percentage. Bucs have the 1st worst, Cards are 2nd and Falcons are 3rd.

oh I didnt mean all-time, I meant currently right now

BRowns are definitely ahead of the Dolphins

Texans have the least wins in the league and are 5th in win percentage but I definitely don't consider us sad considering we made the playoffs like 6 of the last 8 years and have one of the best players of all time, I think we're middle tier or maybe right below middle tier.

bruh the Cards were like 1 play from winning the Super Bowl like 10 years ago

I haven't seen a SINGLE (one) playoff win since the last day of 2000.

One heart-breaking super bowl loss makes them less sad than the dolphins? The Cardinals have the second lowest winning percentage in the league lol. They’ve made the playoffs five times in thirty-one years. Why do you want this so bad????

  20. xbrokendownx

    Lets Go. Prestigious

they nearly won a Super Bowl in 2009 (three playoff wins)
they won a playoff game in 2010 and 2016.

Thats five playoff wins in 10 years as compared to 1 in 20.

I would rather be 3-13 than 7-9 like the Dolphins have been basically my entire adult life

Okay I understand you’ve witnessed some of the Dolphins worst years during some of the Cardinals best, but I’m definitely including the histories of the franchises as a whole

again I was moreso talking about recent history/my adult life aka the past 15-20 years

I don't really care that the Dolphins had a dynasty in the mid 70s because I wasnt born lol

If you could convince any Raiders fan to go to therapy, I think they'd finally break down over:

    1) Their owner going from Supreme Leader Snoke to the grown-up version of the kid from Mask (1985, not Jim Carrey) getting plastic surgery, yet still insisting on a bowl cut

    and

    2) Jon Gruden for 10 years/$100 million

His agent probably called the Browns saying McCoy was ready to sign and that, as a fan of Nickelback, was ready to play for the city of rock and roll. Browns then immediately pulled their offer knowing they couldn't take another PR hit on a free agent pick-up this season.

Jets playoff runs didn't really matter because it was all Mark Sanchez. They definitely get a bigger push now for keeping Maccagnan ONLY THROUGH THE DRAFT and essentially giving power to Adam Gase. Bengals aren't in the top 5 either though. They're just about the same range as the Jaguars.

I don't want to say until Larry Fitzgerald can reach out for help when he retires.

I agree, but you never know. Sadness is the Spanish Inquisition of the NFL.
