Piccatta = a creamy lemon chicken sauce

Kalamata = those purple Greek olives

Capers = pickled flower buds, basically tiny little balls that taste like farm pickles. Great with any lemon sauces and on seafood

Cremini = baby portabella mushrooms, common in Italian / Mediterranean dishes

 

Nice when I was a kid playing baseball their team name was the Wheat Ridge Farmers

 

Usually yeah. But it's also a big ass three bedroom with an enormous kitchen and all utilities included. Definitely the best value we found.

When I was a kid playing football I was the Levy Park Bengals, named after the National Football League team, the Cincinnati Bengals.

We were the Cincinnati Bengals of the Tallahassee Youth Football League Ages 10-12.

 

yeah the mushrooms would gone in a new york minute, as the kids say

 

capers and especially olives are delicious.

the biggest bummer in the world though is getting that one kalamata that wasn't pitted.
