I love Witten but am totally fine with him leaving, even if it’s to go there. If that happens, I expect Garrett and him to make the same mistake they did here last season: give him way too many snaps instead of the already existing younger and more athletic TE on the team develop more.

Sorry, I should have clarified: I could see them giving too many snaps to Witten when Engram should unquestionably get the vast majority.

 

I mean, is Evan Engram gonna be able to stay on the field to get the snaps he should? Dude has struggled a ton with injuries the last couple seasons.

This is the correct take. Giants just need insurance at the position. Witten wouldn't play a role over Engram.

If any of y'all like shoegaze music you should listen to Lacing. They are from Chattanooga and they are cool as shit. I just saw them live and bought their album, now I'm listening to it. Very good take on shoegaze. Both very fresh songwriting and very authentic production for the genre.

They’re just loud and dramatic walls of guitars and 80s style guitar-bending effects... coupled with barely audible, sleepy, cute indie vocals then. How about that. Like My Bloody Valentine & Slowdive, two other not shoegaze bands.

 

Shoegaze is such a small niche community of bands that requires so much gear and the ability to play so loud, that I referenced a Baltimore shoegaze band from 7 years ago called Wildhoney when I was talking to them after their show... and they knew them and had played shows with them lol.

 

I would low key like Witten here, hes better than Fells
