The problem with Monken and Georgia is their offensive line is potentially going to be swiss cheese and he stinks at calling the run game

George Pickens will probably put up huge numbers with Monken calling plays but UGA might take a step back.

The East is not very good but UF, SC, and UT can beat Georgia next year.

    Andrew Thomas
Cade Mays - transfer to Tennessee
    Solomon Kindley
    Isaiah Wilson

Georgia is losing 4 NFL starting caliber linemen.

It will be tough for them to win 10 games in 2020.

  5. If Vols can land a QB in the portal they’re going to be really good. Their OL is loaded. And they always have good athletes at skill positions.

    The rivalry is back on

Monken calling plays is not going to be a step back unless he’s an absolute disaster. That offense was stale bread last year.

Losing some studs on the OL obviously hurts but the line was 8 deep last year of starting caliber guys and they have 2 or 3 OL in the recruiting class in the top 5 of their respective positions.

Not to mention almost everyone of note on that defense is back next year.

Maaaaybe Florida wins the East over Georgia, but the gap between that top 2 and everyone else is huge

I’ll make a bold prediction: South Carolina will make a serious push for the SEC East title

    They aren’t far off talent-wise.

He was a good OC here. Not amazing but good. Tough to tell how much was him and how much was Romo/TO/Witten but still.

This made me realize that Mike Leach had Harrell, Crabtree Amendola, and just a generally absurd offense and he couldnt even get them to a BCS bowl.

Yeah Mike Leachs best NFL player throughout his time at Wazzu is probably Gardner Minshew. He is not very good.

    Wtf McAdoo sucks

Linehan isn’t a great playcaller but he is good at OL at least.

Took over the 28th best offense, made them 13th and 6th. And didnt have SHIT to work with either

It'll be Andre Dillard when it's all said and done.

Interested to see how Leach's offense does in the SEC. Kylin Hill should have a monster year.
