I was annoyed at first but I’m actually also glad Minshew made a statement and showed he actually can win and was worth keeping moving forward

Things weren’t looking great for either QB before Minshew won those last two. It looked like Minshew had fallen off a cliff before that.

 

I’m a Falcons fan and unless we are talking about the throwback uniform, I firmly disagree. Falcons normal uniforms are at best a very exhausted look.

I’m more upset about the cap thing than Luke retiring. I had a feeling he’d retire early so it wasn’t very surprising. But it’s bologna we are stuck with the cap hit. Involuntary lose your best player and still have to pay for it.

This puts the Cam situation even more up in the air. Tepper and Rhule were already hammering patience to the fan base. Both saying this will be a process and they aren’t necessarily aiming for immediate success. Makes me wonder how long ago they knew about Luke. And it makes me wonder if they’ll do a rebuild around Cam or without him.
