They're 1-5...4 games out of the wildcard...and tied with the Dolphins for lowest scoring team in the league. And that's WITH HIM. The season is over, why make him trot out there each week?

idk what you guys have been talking about for the last 15 pages but just chiming in to point out a fun stat i've never really looked at before and probably just made up - average yards lost per sack

Case Keenum has only been sacked 10 times, but on each sack he loses an average of 9.7 yards. ouch.

Mahomes in next at 8.5 yards lost per sack (only 8 sacks) vs Lamar Jackson who has been sacked 17 times but only loses 5.3 yards per sack.

Rodgers is third at 8.3 yards lost per sack (only 12 sacks)

the lowest number, and lowest amount of sacks for a QB playing in at least 5 games, is Fitzpatrick of all people, with only 4 sacks and an average of only 4.7 yards lost per sack. maybe trading Tunsil was... smart?

lastly, holy shit Mariota and Winston have both been sacked 25 times in six games, and Mariota didn't even play in the second half vs Denver, and they've both lost 150+ yards for a 6+ yard loss per sack average.

he was a starting qb for a long time and constantly kept getting the starting job. That’s why I put him in that category.

 

nitpicking but Vick should be “solid starter” not “franchise”

 

Vick was the most exciting thing about football for a few years before his dogfighting thing came out and ruined it all. They absolutely centered their entire franchise around him.

 

Dustin no. Dont stoop to my level. You have kids.

 

Exciting, yeah. But overrated in hindsight.
