I'm not sure if it's common knowledge but the dolphins do the best business when big city teams come down here. Especially the northeastern teams there are so many transplants down here. It goes for all sports right now as the Miami sports scene it pathetic right now.

Pats tickets are always really high but I think that's just common sense?

There are a TON of Eagles, Giants and Pats fans down here so whenever they are coming to town prices soar.

 

Of course I love the Super Bowl game, but that NFC championship game is my favorite game of all time. Just the shock and awe I had during it was spectacular and Foles was god damn perfect that whole game. I couldn't believe my eyes.

It also was great because you had idiot Vikings fans coming and defacing the rocky statue and doing their SKOAL chant so everyone started doing FOLES instead of SKOAL in the stadium and it was just fucking perfect. Would of loved to have been there. I was at the 2004 NFC championship with my dad when the eagles beat the falcons that was magical as well because they finally won a damn championship game.

 

I hate going to football games I'm old and like my couch and big screen TV

 

And this is why Vegas always wins.

 

I have strange feelings attached to the Eagles/Vikings game. My dad is a Vikings fan and everyone in my family was watching the game. He handled the loss well, but I just remember feeling so bad because it was a slaughter. I think everyone expected something much closer. Hell, most people thought the Vikings were going to win.

I’ll say this though. After that game, I finally felt like I could believe. Of course I was nervous about facing the Patriots in the super bowl, but I actually felt like we had a chance. I did not feel that way at all after we beat the Falcons. It truly was a wonderful experience a huge testament to Doug and the entire team to rally the troops and do what they did.

It makes me really miss Reich though. You look at what he’s done in Indy with the players he’s had to this point, then you look at the Eagles’ struggles, especially on offense, and you really begin to see what a huge difference he made to this team when compared to Groh. I’m happy for him and the Colts, but, god damn, I miss him. He lost his star QB in the middle of the preseason and he’s out there pulling off statement wins with Brissett, who was considered the backup all year.

 

With the versatility along the line that Brandon Graham brings, I wouldn’t mind trading for a young DT or DE if they are seen as a part of the future of the defensive line.

 

Last game I went to was the packer/cowboy playoff one with the infamous Dez Bryant non catch ruling.

Like, if you’re expectations of him are to be a top five QB week in and week out, you need to fix your expectations
