    (:

This is true, I'm just getting impatient at this point.

And I am too, trust me. I just don’t think he’d be a good fit given his contract coming up. It’s just too small a sample size to determine if Peters, who gets beat quite a bit in favor of opportunities to make plays on the ball, would be worth keeping around long term. I know he could still be franchise tagged, but that’s not ideal, especially when Wentz’s cap hit is going to rise.

I’m still hopeful for Jalen Ramsey, Patrick Peterson, Chris Harris, or William Jackson, although Jackson is currently injured and is set to miss a few weeks so his appeal has soured a bit.

People thought the Dolphins/Washington game was the biggest game this season for the Dolphins, but their game against the Bengals is gonna be the real dickripper matchup

my hope is that Cincy wins a few games between now and then

the "easiest" game they have between now and then is home vs. NYJ so lose that one and I think we're home free

Idk why Dolphins fans want Tua so bad. Something about a defensive Pats assistant being an offensive guru that im missing?

I want Tua because he is the best QB prospect in probably 6 or 7 years

Maybe the Bengals beat the Steelers in Cincy? Perhaps they have Green back then to help too? Regardless, it’s looking really tough for the Bengals to find a win besides the Dolphins

Bengals will be winless going into that game and Miami will win

I dont think thats remotely true. And even if he is, that ignores a lot of other stuff. Like, Murray being worth first overall for a total of two teams. Flores doesnt strike me as an innovator offensively so if youre gonna draft Tua to keep him just in the pocket then idk, sounds like a waste. Like Cam in Carolina ended up haha.

name the QB prospects since 2012 that were better as prospects than Tua

    there are none.

Flores doesn't run the offense. Chad O'Shea does

Luck, Wilson, Watson, Mahomes, Wentz. I may even throw in Baker and Lamar.

Idk, we will see. I just look at the fact that Luck and Cam were both generational prospects and they got stuck with no line or supporting cast and one is retired and the other probably should retire. Take Tua, actually build around him, dont let him die in that first season, you'll be fine. I just dont think i trust Flores to want to run that exciting of an offense.

Wilson and Luck were in the same draft in 2012. I said since then.

Mahomes was absolutely not considered on that level

Wentz was absolutely not considered on that level plus he had the FCS stigma

    Lamar Jackson? lol come on

Baker definitely had plenty of skeptics

Lamar had nothing around him. Did any of his teammates even make a roster??? Tua plays with two 1st round receivers, a high round RB, and had a 1st round tackle and RB last year too. Against the only three elite defenses he has ever played, he averaged 250 yards, 54 percent completion, and threw 5 TDs and 5 INTs. Thats not "generational" level to me.

Considered by people like us, sure. But we're talking hindsight, no? I dont think tua is up there above those guys

please don't give me the "stacked roster" argument

Trevor Lawrence and Jake Fromm also play on pretty loaded rosters

I know you wont care now with the RAmsey news

    but just to be clear

you are saying Tua would be BEHIND all of those guys in your post as a prospect...?
