This is my worst nightmare. Mayo is an abomination and if you like it, you have a palate of a CHILD.

Aiolis are generally good.
Mayo is only acceptable as an ingredient or on turkey sandwiches within a week after thanksgiving

 

I gotta say, eggless mayo is a billion times better than regular mayo.

My biggest pet peeve is calling products things they are not

example- eggless mayo is not mayo. It is a sauce or paste or something but it is not mayo by definition unless it has eggs in it

also, "Vegan cheese" or something like that. That isn't cheese. Call it something else.

Imo a thin layer of mayo is good. If you can’t see the bread, or you can taste the mayo you fucked up
