Cowboys may have been crowned too early the same way the Ravens may have been crowned too early. Wonder what the common thread is.

I mean, I never said that he didn’t. But similar to us yesterday, the bad first half overpowered the good second half/end of the game. The difference in my mind was our was against a great team whereas yours was against one of the worst teams in the league. That’s really all I’m saying.

Lions are actually a decent team, and maybe the best in the NFC North, through four weeks, but people are still so content clinging onto their offseason narratives.

I thought the Lions would be bad, maybe mediocre at best. I’ll happily take the L on that take. Their almost-victory against the Chiefs last week proved that they are better than many give them credit for.

I hate to be the one to say it, but the Packers are not a great team.

I do think they're best in NFC North pretty confidently

sprinkle some Ramsey franchise tag talk in and we can get this ball rolling

I don’t think they’re bad and said that they’re mediocre. I mean, if you ranked all teams now they wouldn’t be top ten, probably closer to 12-15, imo

    I think they're top 10 honestly

    It's a weird year

I think it would be tough to say they’re not a top ten team right now

Hmm, I’d need to see more out of them to go that far

But also I hate the "X beat Y and Y beat Z so X>Z argument". Matchups exist. The Packers own the Cowboys, it's well documented and the Cowboys defense showed it. I do think there's valid reason to pump the brakes on the Cowboys just a little bit, but this is all coming across like "they're done and Eagles >>>" which is extremely weird.

Lions and Titans beat the Patriots last year but no one's calling them Super Bowl champs for a reason

I’m interested in which teams people believe are top 10 teams right now because I think there could be a lot of different answers

I also don’t like that line of thinking. The NFL is a league of great parity and every year there’s a team who beats or even annihilates someone they “shouldn’t” or whatever that means, haha

Lists! Haha, now we’re getting to the meat of it. Will definitely do one when I have some free time between work today

You can be a top ten team and still not be a great team. Both things can be true

    NO ORDER:

    Patriots
    Chiefs
    Saints
    Packers
    Seahawks
    Rams
    Texans
    Lions
    Vikings
    Panthers

I’m not saying he’s bad, but I wouldn’t say Jackson’s been tremendously better. He’s passing more, but they’ve also faced some pretty bad secondaries.

What sucks is that it’s Patriots at number one and then everyone else is a clear echelon below, haha shit

I agree with most of these actually. Only one I disagree with is the Vikings. Maybe the Panthers and Texans, but I do understand why you include them here

    As a packer fan....

I definitely think we are around 8-10 ranking, winning on the road in Dallas is huge. But 4 of the first 6 games are at home against beatable teams and every game so far except last night and the broncos have single digit wins so it’s not like we have been blowing teams out. We are doing enough to win games but not really any decisive wins.

I don’t trust our defense to keep any leads and fully expect Rodgers/jones/Adams to have to ball out to win, really.

I don't think he is either, but that's definitely the narrative that started immediately after week 1 which is why I think the Jackson hyperbole (that almost everyone got behind) is different than the Cowboys hyperbole (that really not many bought into in the first place)
