Tl;dr I feel betrayed that Ramsey is giving up NOW when we finally figured the offense out. Whatever Coughlin said to him, he can take to his grave with him but Tom doesn’t speak for our owner, GM, or coach and he is old and will be out of Ramsey’s hair soon anyway.

Update: Apparently just three times? Could have sworn it was more. I'm finding his first concussion in 2015 with the Saints, his second in the super bowl with the Patriots, and this now being his third.

 

I mean, it definitely looks like we’ve turned a sharp corner there. Everybody thought that Fournette finally busting out was a fluke it seems. Just watch, there’s more where that came from.

I’ve been saying since this offseason that we will be effective if we fix our OL. And this was before I knew Chark was gonna take a jump forward and before I knew we’d have a rookie that would (so far) surpass the expectations I had for Foles.

At least on paper we have better WR, OL, RB AND QB than we had last year and it’s not even debatable.

Just about anyone is an upgrade at QB over Bortles and Kessler, but I get what you’re saying Randall. The offense has impressed me thus far, mostly because of Minshew and Chark. I think DeFilippo has had a positive effect on the offense as well. From the bits of Jags games I’ve seen, they don’t seem to be nearly as stale and straightforward offensively as they have been the last couple years.

It would have been easy for this team to just focus on the run and play defense with Foles hurt, but DeFilippo seems to encourage Minshew to hold the ball and make some plays in the passing game, which he has. Hopefully Doug Marrone can stay out of his own way and keep DeFilippo around after Mike Zimmer canned him last year and subsequently caused dissent in the locker room lol

One of the more perplexing things to me about the Eagles roster so far, aside from the clear lack of any good corners, is why they continue to be so content with having only two tight ends on their active roster. Have they learned nothing from Goedert’s week 2 pre-game snag?

I agree for sure and I also think the fact DeFillippo knows how to get opposing teams out of stacked-box looks with his creativity is gonna help our running game a lot. Teams had no incentive to drop 6-7 guys against us under Nate Hackett... but now I’m seeing them have to cover more of the field

 

Start them good habits early. 3-4 year olds are smart enough to clean things up. My mom and Dad made me clean my room daily when I was a toddler haha and now I straighten up my apt at least every other day

 

Although I’m still salty about the time I was 7 and built a 4.5 foot LEGO castle and my dad made me take it down after a week

Would’ve kept that bad boy up to show off to all my friends for at least a year lol
