1. Flour Tortilla is fried
2. Filled with a mixture of chopped blackened shrimp, pico de Gallo, and crumbly queso fresco
3. The whole taco is fried again and comes out thick and crispy like a chalupa, with the shrimp salad fried inside
4. They are then laid on their side and topped with cabbage, avocado slices, radish slices, cilantro, & more crumbly queso
5. The whole 3 taco dish gets covered in a spicy, orange arbol chili salsa that’s kind of chunky

My dude. If you ever go to Superica in Houston, share fajitas with Laura and get one of these bad boys a la carte. So good.
