Yooo dudes, I just got back from my trip. Mercedes Benz Stadium was incredible. But I stayed in downtown Atlanta and that was for a lack of better word...sketchy. Anyone been to a game at MBS?

 

Since this is now the housing thread, I’m moving to Detroit and need to find a place quick. I’ve just been using Craigslist/Zillow. If any of you Lions fans have any leads please pm me.

In my town outside of Boston 500k will get you maybe a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1500 sq feet built in 1908.

 

In Portsmouth it gets you my mother in law's 850SQF house

 

Here it'll probably get you 2 houses

KJ is leaving the PNW. We are putting our house on the market in about 30-45 days.

 

It's one of my favorite places to visit but yeah I could never live there

There's some lowkey great restaurants but not much else

 

Going back to Idaho...where I grew up for 90% of my youth.

Wife and I both got good job offers there and the PNW is just slowly becoming a cesspool...an expensive cesspool.

We built our home almost six years ago and in that time, it has increased in value by about 30% so we are going to get out while we can on a major high and go somewhere that the dollar actually has value.

If anybody wants to buy my house lemme know lol.

We close on our house on the 7th, we knew the house we're currently in wasn't going to be our forever home and wanted to try and get out before the looming recession

Guys, since this is the home thread I need to add to this but somewhat make it the city thread

I finally have enough money/good enough job to take my first real “adult” vacation. I need help finding a place to go in the US. I feel like Jim on the episode of the office where he spins the globe to find a place to go.

the only requirement is that it falls within going to a date of the thrice - Vheissu 15 year anniversary date. I kinda want to go out west like San Diego or LA. I’m also the weird type of person that would wanna go to Seattle because the PWN seems really cool but I want nice weather for a vacation considering I have long fucking winters lol

I would recommend to anybody to visit Seattle/Portland. It's an awesome area to visit....to live though? Unless you are pulling 1M or more, its nothing special.
