    Imo every time you work out your body feels the same as it does on a humid 90 degree day anyway. I just see heating up and sweating as more natural for the human body to adapt to and easier to cope with, whereas feeling too cold is like a panic feeling that triggers my fight or flight response... AKA I’m going the fuck inside before I die lol

    I just don’t have a fan. MATT is a non Sleep with the fan on guy. He turns the AC OFF and let’s us melt in the morning rather than leave it on a cozy 75
