Dude the Jags are the opposite of the Steelers though.

Steelers succeed no matter what because they know how to develop new players at most key positions (bad at DB but great at everything else)... and high profile players they let go end up showing later they were toxic in character and due to sharply decline.

Jags are a team that is always just fucking wasting the talent they have and making wrong decisions with player personnel. I can’t keep taking the team’s side when they’re fucking wrong and awful constantly. Eventually I do side with the good players we should be keeping.

 

Like at the time I fully understood why they signed Bortles even though that was a WRONG move too..

But it makes absolutely zilch, zippo sense at all why they’d be contract-happy with a shit QB but stingy with an elite CB and a very high potential DE

 

I remember when Dawkins left for Denver, I was very upset at first but than I realized I'm an Eagles fan first, than a Dawkins fan second.

 

I'm a fan of the sport and people playing it at a high level first

Eric DeCosta has been the Ravens GM for like 9 months. I know he's been around forever as an assistant to Ozzie Newsome, but I still don't agree with the social media/expert assumption that he has the same exact philosophy on trades/draft capital as Newsome.

re: Cardinals: 2017 was cool, but since that was clearly an aberration as we are 5-13 since then and Gus was one of the worst head coaches in the league before that... we really haven’t done anything else since 2000 that they haven’t also done

I grew up on the Magic and Rays. Nothing the Jaguars do can hurt me.
