As a Niners fan, I take my no QBs with Harbaugh in the playoffs over what you are experiencing.

 

The Cam/Rivera era was flawed because the two are a terrible pairing stylistically. That could’ve been avoided had Rivera not hired Shula, but to my point, Shula is Ron’s style. And it was a terrible pairing for Cam.

I say that with full acknowledgement that we had the greatest season in franchise history with this pairing haha

 

I pray you dont think Myles Garrett is comparable to Gerald McCoy lol

 

I would never fucking forgive the Browns ever lol

They have tanked and stockpiled draft talent to the extreme, you might as well fucking stick to it because if you do it again you’re not getting THAT much talent again.

 

He’s comparable to Laremy Tunsil.

Like even if you get a haul for him how do you replace that?

I'd just LOVE if after Browns fans being like "LOVING THESE TEXANS PICKS WE GOT FOR FREE" all those players end up hitting the market

 

The other side of it is that I don’t have a lot of trust in the front office to find a good coach. Hurney seems like someone who will just hire a Rivera clone (who might as well be John Fox Jr.). They’ve screwed up hiring coordinators for so many years.

 

That's definitely fair, I could understand having that hesitance (hell I do right now for getting a new GM)

The 15-1 was so awesome. Cam mad opposing teams so angry haha almost every week they tried to fight our players because they didn’t like Cam dancing in the endzone or the team taking pictures on the sidelines.

I knew as soon as Denver beat NE in the AFCC we were doomed though. Wade Phillips owns Rivera/Cam.

plus the Niners had a loaded roster when they were in the Super Bowl

 

I cant wait for Rivera to get fired, the Jags replace Wash with Rivera, and then Marrone with Rivera, and then we have this exact conversation two years from now.
