I just cannt get on board with hitting the full blown panic button after this game. Did they play bad? Yes. Did they play very badly and also just narrowly miss a chance to take the lead/possibly win? Also yes. If they had won today’s game by 1 point the conversations would be so much different but the on court performance would have still been mostly the same.

 

Also yes, Bud needs to stop trying to get cute with rotations.

well no you don't hit the panic button after just one game - but if they lose to the Magic or say get swept or lose in 5 to the Heat or Pacers well then you gotta blow it up cuz it doesn't work.

I am mostly concerned with the Bucks defense and lack of speed there. Middleton and Lopez will come around offensively but they have been absolute butt on defense this entire bubble time. And that's the most concerning thing along with the careless turnovers.

you should be optimistic because you spent an entire season telling me Khris was a legit number two, Bledsoe was a legit #3 and shutdown defender, brook lopez was still all-star caliber center and the Bucks bench was so deep they could win by themselves.
