Interesting -- the only remaining teams that can tie in the West for the 8th or 9th spots are the Grizzlies and Suns. If they tie, the Grizzlies take the spot.

If I've done this correctly, these are the scenarios for the eighth seed (ninth seed is way too difficult):

Grizzlies clinch eighth seed if:
A.) Grizzlies win both remaining games.
B.) Grizzlies go 1-1, Blazers lose at least one game, and the Spurs lose at least one game.
C.) Grizzlies go 0-2, Blazers lose both games, Spurs lose both games, and Suns lose at least one game.

Blazers clinch eighth seed if:
A.) Blazers win both games and Grizzlies lose at least one.
B.) Blazers win one game, Grizzlies lose both games, Spurs lose at least one game, and Suns lose at least one game.

Spurs clinch eighth seed if:
A.) Spurs win both games, Grizzlies lose both games, Blazers lose at least one game, and Suns lose at least one game.

Suns clinch eighth seed if:
A.) Suns win all three games, Grizzlies lose both games, and Blazers lose at least one game.
