How long until fans start hating on Luka for playing similar to Harden? When Harden was a sixth man, most people loved him, but when he became a superstar he became hated by almost all non-Rockets fans. Do fans collectively like Luka because he's new? Because he's European? Because he's handsome?

Don't get me wrong, he's an incredible player, I just can't understand how everyone loves him and hates Harden when they play such a similar style of game, and Luka complains to the refs just as often as Harden. Yeah, I'm biased, of course I'm fucking biased, but for real.

He doesn't complain to the refs AS much and I do think there are differences but yeah their play style is very similar. I just think there are parts of Hardens game outside of scoring that are underappreciated that people notice in Luka.

 

But also yeah I fully expect people to get Luka fatigue and start to join up with Kings fan poster about him haha
