Anyone who invites someone to the bubble should be suspended for an entire season

 

Honestly from what ive seen so far it looks like theyre having a blast lol

Right so why do you need to invite any outsider in?

 

there was something on local news last week asking the Bucks coaching staff if they were afraid Giannis would be tampered with (i live in Wisconsin) and it made me laugh because if someone wanted to tamper, hello it's fucking 2020, they could already be tampering away. being locked in Disney World isn't gonna really make it easier to tamper. people can call/text/email/social media their hearts out this whole time. it's not like they had to write a letter to him and deliver it via horseback or some shit.

 

I’m assuming the invite was for after the second round when players are allowed to bring guests into the bubble

I think it's the forging friendship thing. Giannis normally wouldn't be playing ping pong with a lot of these guys, but now that they are in a dorm style situation, it's more possible he gets drawn away. Not that he will, but it's definitely more possible now. Instagram DMing a colleague from across the country only forms a bond so strong. And if Giannis were to just be like flying to go hang out with like Luke and Kristaps we'd all be crazy suspect and he's too smart to do that.

That said I doubt Giannis is leaving Milwaukee, and if he does it'll be on a sign and trade.

 

giannis actively turned down spending time over the summers playing pickup with lebron and KD and such, i very much believe he will keep his same attitude alive in the bubble, i wouldn't expect to see him out there playing cornhole with AD or Kawhi - to him these guys are still his enemies until the season ends.

i could be wrong, but it would surprise me to see him overly fraternizing with lots of other teams.

 

I agree, I just think the possibility is much higher. Now he's not flying somewhere to play pickup, he is with these guys.

 

Hey instead of letting NBA players wear cool buzzwords on the back of their jersey how about supporting police reform and defunding the police? This is doing nothing.

The NBA needs to make a way harder stand.
