Only an asterisk if stars start dropping out. Avery Bradley is no big deal. But if the Lakers lose an otherwise healthy Lebron James or the Clippers an otherwise healthy Kawhi and the Bucks have to face a JR Smith lead offense then asterisk is fair.

I’m not a Bucks fan but Portland is one of my favorite west teams so I’ll allow it.

 

What if under normal circumstances lebron got hurt in game 1 of the finals and the bucks won? Is there an asterisk then? Just seems like the asterisk conversation is always going to be arbitrary.

 

People give the Warriors one for beating Lebon and Matthew Delladova to win their first title. Of course, it's arbitrary. Sports is arbitrary for the most part.
