Looking at the Knicks roster, how is Bobby Portis only 25?

Anybody else have really weird confidence in some players? Like why am I still convinced Nerlens Noel is going to turn it around and anchor a defense? What is wrong with me?

I think Noel can be pretty good still. My ideal center for here now that Clint is gone

 

Right? He was never a good scorer. Not even in college, but he's a good defensive player.
