At what? Getting Carmelo for a year? Trading for Paul Pierce? Getting rid of Harden?

The last 10 years have been full of bad decisions for the Thunder.

 

I mean idk what you wanted them to do. They made the wrong decision on Harden BUT at the time he and Westbrook were an unlikely pair to co-exist. KD is a snake so he was going to leave no matter what, don't think the Thunder could have done anything to stop him. Now all 3 are gone and they're still a playoff team.

There are countless worse run organizations over that span; Knicks, Bulls, Pistons, Nets (until recently), Hornets, Pelicans, Wizards, TWolves, Suns, Kings, Mavs, Grizzlies (until recently)
