Yeah I do think it puts the NBA in a weird position regardless. If the NBA were like the NFL and had stricter IRs where players could/couldn't be designated to return I think they could set a line to make it easier to determine who would or wouldn't be eligible. But I also think that'd make the NBA a worse league so good for them for not doing that

Keep the draft and free agency at their scheduled dates and let them clash with the middle of a resumed season

this is tough for me. i think at his best, tatum is in a realm that khris has never and will never get too. i also think khris is fairly consistent and a solid B/B+ at all times. he's the tom petty of hooping. tatum at his worst, so like most of last season, is nowhere near khris' production. but having giannis and tatum for a decade bc their ages clearly takes it, with khris nearly 30.

but then i also look at how khris absolutely cooks boston every time they play and i get torn again

 

On the note of how Middleton roasts Boston, if you had Tatum you’d have the revenge game factor.

i don't really "get" wob. he's pretty funny sometimes but his understanding of the sport seems pretty tenuous at best. he's similar to concepcion. they make me laugh but im not trying to listen to them commentate a game lol

 

I think I very much agree with this. For myself personally, I’m very into the idea of community rewatching a game I remember very fondly. It could be anyone tbh lol
