Really REALLY looking forward to the Clippers winning a title before this iteration of the Lakers

 

Who’s minutes is Reggie Jackson dipping into? On paper it looks like a good add but I mean.... I don’t think it really is

 

That’s a regular season pick up. I’d be surprised if he played more than 10 minutes in the playoffs

 

It also prevents him from signing with the Lakers. So signings like this, even if he isn't a huge addition to what they ultimately do, are still a net positive for them.

 

Also good insurance for a guard injury. Gonna hurt my fantasy team tho.

 

If I were the Cavs, I would back up the Brinks truck and offer Jim Boylen whatever he wanted to leave the Chicago Bulls and become the next coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers. That team could really benefit by learning the "road dog mentality."

I don't know that he "had to" take over midseason in those other places, but he certainly agreed to do it.

You know who else agreed to take over midseason? Jim Boylen.

 

Bickerstaff on his third interim head coaching job is starting to not seem like a coincidence???

 

I don't think that "plan" makes anyone in this story look any better.

 

The Jackson pick up was more of...let's keep him away from the Lakers thing more than anything. The Lakers definitely would play him more.

I don’t think the Lakers were ever an option. He’s represented by Mintz and hes close friends with PG.

Mintz and the lakers are no good right now lol too much bad blood

 

yikes - I wonder if the Nets are worried about giving two huge contracts to guys with big time injury histories .
