Could you imagine if they didn't change the time from midnight to 6 p.m. this year? I legit would have not gone to bed.

That's my question too - I was having difficulty finding out how much room they have to work with. Danny Green would still be a good fit if they can get the money to work and would come off the bench most nights.

More importantly, are they going to be able to keep Boban, or what!?

 

I just really, really want Kawhi to stiff the Lakers and then the Lakers have nowhere else to turn after dozens of FA already signed with other teams and they play out the 2019-2020 season with just four players on their roster.

 

Could iggy get bought out in Memphis and end up back in golden state or are there rules that prevent that? Guessing that’s not where this would go after doing him like that, but would be quite something.

 

In the old days, a team that trades a player couldn't re-sign the same player if he was waived/bought out until a 30-day time period passed...now you have to wait a whole year. So, no.

I think the longer Kawhi goes without making a decision is bad for Toronto. I thought all along he'd sign a 1+1 or 2+1 with Toronto, but if he were to do that, why not just announce it right away? The longer this goes, the worse it gets for TOR. If he leaves, I just hope he chooses Clippers over Lakers.
