Read they’re unwilling to give up the first round pick(s) it would take, idk what else would be worth the Warriors time if RJ and Mitch are off the table

i think indiana would do it for some valuable expiring contracts going into next season / getting off the turner contract. i think houston has multiple trade exceptions that could be thrown in too

I think that makes both teams worse. I don’t see the concept at all, they’re betting on small ball then they trade all their depth for a center?

And the pacers are packed with guards and wings, they could maybe use Tucker but trading a 20 year old for a 34 year old is like a very dumb move for a young team.

This is annoying to me but i agree with this concept 1000% times more than the insanity in the politics thread.

If the wolves weren’t able to meet GS’ asking price I really doubt the Knicks will get anywhere close

    hahahah

idk. i think turner gives them an advantage on defense and allows them to spread the ball with his perimeter game in a way capela’s rim running style never really did. and i get they’ve said they’re going towards small ball. there’s small ball and then there’s trotting PJ out as a center. could you imagine steven adams (pending him still being on OKC lol) matching up on Tucker in the second round? brutal

i agree it doesn’t offer indiana a ton on paper, other than a lot more future cap flexibility, which they will need

Oh it makes sense for Houston, at least more so than Indy. I don’t think the Pacers want those players or cap flexibility, never really been a free agent destination anyway.

They probably don’t make any moves and see how the team with Vic does in the playoffs.
