Quite an interesting time here in Australia with the Aussie rules. This is the first year I’ve followed the “trade period” which is a two week period a few weeks after the season finished. My team (Sydney) was after a star player from one of the Melbourne teams that requested a trade to Sydney. His team held out and now he’ll have to play the entire season for them and then walk for nothing this time next year.
