I wanted to get up early to watch this game, but 5am just hurt too much. Wish I had. I'm curious to see if this loss sparks more stars to show up for 2020.

 

Haha well, it looks like that hyped up USA vs Serbia match is going to happen after all. Not where I expected to see it though.

 

For anyone else looking for a good length game recap:

Dare I say, Frankie Smokes was the key to victory for France? It looks like their late surge came once he was put into the lineup. Made some big plays that really swung the momentum.

 

it was definitely rudy. frankie had a really good game though.

 

Yea, don't get me wrong, Rudy was for sure the best player for France. No way they win this game without him on the court. He had some huge defensive plays in the final minutes and throughout the whole game. I'm just saying the sub in for Ntilikina seemed to provide them with that extra spark they needed to come out of the 7 point hole they suddenly found themselves in.

 

i have no problem saying Frank was the key to victory. you absolutely love to see it

 

Big fan of Gobert, have high hopes for the Jazz next year.
