I honestly have no idea how the East will shake out, so many questions. Heat lost Crowder who was a big part of their leap, I'm not sure they go straight to the top of the East. Sixers are better, the rest are pretty much the same and have a lot of health questions. I could be convinced by a lot of predictions.
