We’ll get a season. There will be cancellations and postponments just like the NFL has seen, but we will get a season.

What I’m saying is players made sacrifices to make things work. We’ll 100% get a season. Like @Sean Murphy said, we’ll miss games here and there and players here and there but we’ll have a season.

With the way numbers are going up, I think this season gets shut down just like the last one.

 

I do think the NBA will get a season in, but it's going to be a disaster. The NFL is lucky enough that they have a week between games, so they have time to await COVID cases and assess exposures. They can also easier flip games. MLB was able to implement double headers to make up games due to COVID. And despite playing almost every day in the MLB, there was limited travel due to playing the same team 3-4 nights in a row.

The NBA doesn't have the luxury of any of the above. I don't see how they can put together a normal schedule of 3-4 games a week. I don't think that will work.

 

Yeah this was pretty much my thought. Seems like it's been a bad enough experience in the NFL, not sure how it's going to work in the NBA with all those games. Really hoping everything works out though.
