Ty Lue would be a good coaching fit for Houston.

 

Simmons numbers would go through the roof if MDA goes to Philly. Even if he can’t shoot a fucking three.
Look at all the guards he’s worked with and the stats/usage% from before and after him being their coach.

 

Dantoni would be perfect for the pelicans, don’t think that’ll happen tho

 

KOC said New Orleans will take a strong look at him. Mike loves Bzdelik who is an assistant there

As a relatively new NBA fan with no favorite team, who can the rockets get in free agency/trades that would actually make this team better? I don’t hate Harden the way a lot of people do, but i don’t think him and Westbrook are a winning combo obvs. I know Russ’s contract is terrible though and may prevent them from getting rid of him.

 

I would love to see them try to get Ibaka. The specifics of that, I’m not sure but I think it’s a good fit.

 

I assume one of Turner or Sabonis will be moved and I could see Houston trying to get one (likely Turner) if they’re going back to a more traditional style of basketball.
