Boring night at work so I did a mock draft. I only did trades that involved the QBs. Anything else is too much work. Cleveland - Sam Darnold, QB Buffalo (via NYG) - Josh Allen, QB (Giants get #12, #22, #53, 2019 2nd) New York Jets - Baker Mayfield, QB Cleveland - Bradley Chubb, DE Denver - Saquon Barkley, RB Indianapolis - Quenton Nelson, G Tampa Bay - Derwin James, S New York Giants (via CHI) - Josh Rosen, QB (Bears get #12, #53, 2019 3rd) San Francisco - Roquan Smith, LB Arizona (via OAK) - Lamar Jackson, QB (Raiders get #15, #47, 2019 3rd) Miami - Tremaine Edmunds, LB Chicago (via NYG/BUF) - Denzel Ward, CB Washington - Vita Vea, DT Green Bay - Minkah Fitzpatrick, DB Oakland (via ARI) - Da’Ron Payne, DT Baltimore - Mike McGlinchey, OT LA Chargers - Calvin Ridley, WR Seattle - Isaiah Wynn, G Dallas - Leighton Vanden Esch, LB Detroit - Taven Bryan, DT Cincinnati - Will Hernandez, G New York Giants - James Daniels, C/G New England - Marcus Davenport, DE Carolina - DJ Moore, WR Tennessee - Rashaan Evans, OLB Atlanta - Josh Jackson, CB New Orleans - Hayden Hurst, TE Pittsburgh - Justin Reid, S Jacksonville - Harold Landry, EDGE Minnesota - Conor Williams, OL New England - Mason Rudolph, QB Philadelphia - Derrius Guice, RB
Before I get bombarded by the Jags contingent, Landry was BPA when I got to the pick. It felt better than picking for a specific need.
I think teams are higher on him than we’re lead to believe. It’s hard to imagine the top WR falling any farther than that. They need another weapon. I could see it happening if he’s there.
Seriously. Let's shift back to 2017 where Corey Davis, Mike Williams, and John Ross went in the top 10.
