Sure! But if McGlinchey is in reach of a trade he remains an option. How about completing that O line. Robinson, Cann, Linder, Norwell, McGlinchey 1. Trade up for McG 2. Goedert 3. Griffin or pass rusher
Wouldn't completing the O line actually help both directly? ;) we've already seen an improved running game help Bortles out this year. That's the main reason he improved its not like our injured WR corps helped him out
I don't trade up for McGlinchey unless it's a couple picks. If Chark falls to the 2nd the Browns have to jump on that haha. Barkley, Mayfield, and Chark? Jeez.
Bortles would have to pass even less and would have a cleaner pocket when he did pass if we beefed up the right side of the line. Regardless what we do with WRs, our corps is gonna be better than last year. ARob is an upgrade over Lee
I'm still salivating over Robinson, McGlinchey, Linder Norwell and Cann We would steamroll teams. We were already the #1 rushing offense with like C minus right tackle and left guard.
And we wouldn't with an elite offense AND defense? Haha. I'd rather stay put and let whoever falls fall in the 1st. McGlinchey or Gesicki
The closer we get to the draft, the more I'm falling for the idea of Lamar Jackson on the Bills. I know they probably aren't moving all the way up from 21/22 to get Rosen or Mayfield. I think they can move up to say, 10-13 and get Jackson and still keep 22 and maybe even one of their 2nd rounders. Sign Teddy B to a short term prove it deal, draft Jackson.
Lamar to the Chargers would be really good. He needs no help as an athlete but Rivers would be a good mentor as a passer.
When these guys blow up, people will ask, "how were they not good in college?" and I'll bust through the door with a sweet ass jump kick and proclaim, "Danny Etling."
