Sorry if a repost, but ... why wouldn't they have made an official offer yet?

 

I'm guessing it's probably been like Corbin where they said they would probably do like 17-20 a year for 5 years but never did something official. Like I'm sure they've thrown numbers out there with him, if Philly and Chicago haven't made a huge offer, I'm sure it wouldn't take much for the Yankees to officially offer something
