Severino - 32 starts
Tanaka - 27 starts
Sabathia - 29 starts
Gray - 23 starts
German - 14 starts
Happ - 11 starts

Last year's rotation starts not counting Lynn and other fill ins. Give Paxton those 23 Gray starts, and Happ those 14 German starts and things look a lot better.

 

Can't believe Happ got 3 years and hes 36. I doubt he does fuck all after year 1.

 

Doesn't matter. If he puts up 3-4 wins, like he's projected to, next season, it will be worth it for NYY. Especially, if they make the playoffs.

 

Really all I care about is Bauer going to a team I already don't like because there's no way I'd cheer for that dude.

 

I dunno man I think a guy who likes to write "Bush Did 9/11" in the dirt on the mound would go over really well in Yankee Stadium

I know "pitching, pitching, pitching" but I'd hate for them to have traded Andujar's cheap bat when you have 1B and DH to work with if he doesn't improve at 3B. Paxton/Happ over Gray/German is a huge improvement and as long as Judge doesn't miss 50 games to a freak HBP they're right there. Boston isn't winning 108 every year.
