I don't see Andujar slumping anywhere similar to Schwarber. 16% k pct to Schwarber's 29.

 

i just think clubs are way less willing nowadays to hand out 10 year deals

I'm happy for Cutch as a player because he seems like a great dude but if the Cards were similarly situated to the Phils in terms of outfield needs, and yes even if they had infinity payroll, I'd still be scratching my head at 3 yrs/$50M with a fourth-year option.

 

The only regression I could see from Andujar is his pop and the BABIP Gods getting to him.

 

The yanks need to just sign Lance Lynn and call it a day

I don't get why the Red Sox are gonna worry about luxury tax and explore trading Porcello, Bogaerts and Bradley. They were all important and after this year Sale, Porcello, Bogaerts are FA, Mookie will set a record in arbitration I'm sure. Like just fuck the money now and go for it again with this group

Apparently they care about the 206 million luxury tax cutoff, which means they'd have to trade Porcello AND Bogaerts, but they'd wouldn't even be able to sign a reliever. Should've worried about this before Eovaldi's contract maybe? Lol
