Who better to replace Eric Wood than the guy who's pro comparison that I have seen is...Eric Wood? He has some minor limitations in his game around overall athleticism but by all accounts the Brian Daboll scheme is power blocking which should suit him well. He also fits the McDermott/Beane mold based on last year's draft class: multiple year starter, team leader, character guy, etc.

With Swanson gone, Glasgow sliding into C and Lang getting older, the Lions could use some help at guard. With good form and strength, Crosby could be pretty valuable going forward. In 2018, he can slide right in at LG, but gives them flexibility in the future to play RG or RT as well.
