I have social anxiety that is at times crippling but I would still be more assertive in trade and contract negotiations than Peter Chiarelli. He gave Draisaitl 8.5 million a year after one good season because he was worried about being offer sheeted. No one does offer sheets! The Flames signed Gaudreau for 6.75 x 6!
