St. Louis only had 16 shots all game last night. Crazy defense by Minnesota (also constant turnovers by the Blues didn’t help)

Weird to do that after a win. Although I’d guess behind the scenes disagreements regarding players or whatnot had more to do with this then winning a game and still being tied for dead last in points lol

 

God I hope Randy is next.

 

so, i have to admit that after getting into hockey towards the end of last season (playoffs, second round to be more precise) and following closely this off-season and into this season, this has definitely become my favorite sport. and to be honest, i can't really watch football anymore. it just moves so fucking slow compared to hockey. sure, if i'm with people and a game is on i'll watch or pay attention from time to time, and i'm sure i'll still watch the Super Bowl and some playoff games, but i haven't really watched more than 20 minutes of a football for each of the last four weeks and i don't miss it a bit. and if i'm at home / alone, i don't have any interest in turning a football game (like today, i almost forgot it was sunday) meanwhile i've watched at least the 9 min recap versions of every single hockey game, if not the full game of all games that several teams have played this year.

even when i would watch football, because of the time between plays and whatnot i'd find myself doing other things while watching games or just zoning out and not really paying attention. i don't have that at all with hockey, which is great. it's an awesome escape "real life".

Rangers/Sabres game was PHYSICAL. And Lindqvist had to be out when he took that shot to the head by Dahlin. Belly flopped to the ice. Did not look good at all.
