I know it’s early and I know Toronto will score on a lot of people and win a lot of games but Winnipeg has looked... odd... in almost every game so far this year. I feel like they could be a disappointment this year (yet still make it to the 2nd round of the playoffs or something).

 

Has anyone say directly behind the players area? I feel like that would be super awkward for both fans and especially the players - and especially the always standing coach lol (while awesome for fans to hear conversations and whatnot).

Also as a fan you wouldn’t be able to see breakaways since the team would stand up and block your view, yes?

I did once for a Caps v Panthers game. Sat behind the Caps bench and it was a neat one time experience especially to watch line changes and see how the players and coaches talked to each other but I couldn't do it every game. The sight lines sucked and I spent a bunch of time looking up at the scoreboard to watch the game.

I'm a last row in the lower bowl person. Better sight lines and nobody sitting directly behind me yelling "SHOOT" or saying other dumb shit.
